This is Max‘s room with his spacious loft bed.  We made this bed to give him as much room as possible to play on the ground but also an own private space above.

The bed is build without any screws but with wooden plug in connectors. Here we refered to the traditional japanes timber constructions.

The bamboo bottom of the bed gives the mattrasse a natural airing.

The dimmer light behind the bed create a warm athmosphere and help to calm down after a stressful day.

For the ensemble of the bed and bedside table we opted for a dark copperoak wood.
